1. Opening a Return Request

You can request a return if:

  • You changed your mind about an item

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the listing

Process:

  1. Sign into your account.

  2. Select the item you want to return from your recent purchases.

  3. Open a return request.

After submitting, the seller will respond within 3 business days. If there is no response or the issue is unresolved, you can contact us to step in.


2. Sending the Item Back

Once your return request is accepted:

  • We will send instructions via email for returning the item.

  • Ship the item by the date indicated to avoid delays.

  • Use a tracked shipping service and provide the tracking number if you are responsible for return shipping.

  • Items valued at $750 or more require signature confirmation upon return.

Important: Repack the item carefully. Returns that are damaged, missing parts, or used beyond normal inspection may reduce your refund.


3. Receiving Your Refund

  • Refunds are issued once the seller receives the returned item.

  • Typically, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • If a refund is delayed beyond 2 business days after the seller receives the item, contact us for assistance.

Refunds may be adjusted if the returned item is damaged or missing components.


4. eBay Assistance

If the seller does not respond or provide a resolution:

  • You can request NexyBuy support to intervene.

  • We may step in if the seller does not respond within 3 business days, fails to provide a return label, or does not issue a refund by the refund deadline.

Return requests are automatically closed if there is no activity for 21 business days.


5. Closing a Return Request

If you change your mind:

  1. Go to your Purchases.

  2. Select See Request Details and choose Close Your Request.

  3. Select a reason and confirm.

Note: Closed requests cannot be reopened.


6. Misuse of Returns

Returns must follow our process. Misuse includes:

  • Sending a different item than the one purchased

  • Abusing the return process for personal gain
